All orders are subject to availability of stock and acceptance of your order. You will receive confirmation that your order has been accepted.

If, however, stock availability on your order has changed, we will inform you via e-mail with an approximate time frame on a restocking date.

All the packages will be shipped 1-5 days after the payment has been received, unless it is a bespoke item or we are restocking. In that case, we will let you know about the production and shipping timings.

All purchases are sent via certified mail and have an international tracking number.

If you need to receive your item as soon as possible, please do get in touch with us via email at and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Failure

If after two attempts delivery of your parcel becomes impossible, we will try to find a safe place to leave it, and will also leave a note to let you know where your parcel is and how to pick it up. If you are not going to be in the place of delivery at the convened time, please contact us to agree on another delivery date.

If 15 days after your parcel is available for delivery the parcel has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you want to cancel the agreement and it will therefore be terminated. Following said termination we will refund you the price paid for such products as soon as possible and in any event within a maximum of 30 days from the date in which we deem the agreement to be terminated. In such case, we will be authorised to charge you the transportation costs arising from the shipping and termination costs.

Custom orders

Please contact us regarding any custom orders and we will do our best to accommodate you. Most custom orders will have a lead time of 3 weeks for delivery. Discounts and promotions do NOT apply to custom pieces. Custom handling fees may apply.


Discount codes can NOT be used in conjunction with SALE items or items bundled in GIFTS sets.

Refund Policy

We regret that at this time we cannot issue any exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.


If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order. Please send an email to with images and detailed description of the damage.

The company assumes if you place an order with us that you will accept an occasional newsletter or update of our offerings.
